For 35 years I’ve worked with amateur and professional athletes.

While the goal usually is to improve performance, the route to getting there often involves examining areas of life and one’s psyche that interfere with the best use of an athlete’s ability and skills. This could include a variety of issues, including performance anxiety; challenges in relationships (including with coaches); self-confidence; mental toughness; identity; motivation; difficulty focusing and concentrating; and depression, anxiety and addictions.

I was on the mental performance team for the NY Rangers and I’m on the team of mental health professionals at Full Circle Confidential, which helps athletes improve their performance.

I have been involved in sports my whole life. I played basketball, football and baseball as a kid and lacrosse through high school and college. Golf and tennis have been my main athletic passions as an adult.

My fee is $375/session, which I adjust when appropriate. I provide invoices for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. I work remotely and in person.
